CAVE Marketing & Growth – Terms of Service
Last updated: 28 August 2026
1. Provider and scope
CAVE Marketing & Growth (the “Service”) is provided by Roberto Palacios, trading as CAVE, Kleeweg 3, 71139 Ehningen, Germany. Contact: contact@cave.band; telephone: +49 7031 3048150.
The Service is an internal content planning, review, approval and publishing tool for CAVE. It is available only to persons expressly authorized by CAVE. These terms do not govern purchases from the CAVE online shop.
2. Authorized use
Users may use the Service only for CAVE-owned or CAVE-authorized accounts and content. Users must keep their access credentials secure and may not share accounts, bypass approvals, interfere with the Service, or make unlawful, misleading or unauthorized publications.
3. Connected platforms
The Service may connect to third-party platforms such as TikTok. A connection is established only after an authorized user completes the platform's authorization process. Use of a connected platform remains subject to that platform's own terms and policies.
4. Content and rights
Users may upload or publish only content for which CAVE holds the required copyrights, personality rights, music rights and other permissions. Connecting an account does not transfer ownership of content to the Service.
5. Publishing and approvals
Content is published only after the approvals and confirmations required by CAVE's internal workflow. Before confirming publication, users must check the destination account, content, visibility and interaction settings.
6. Availability and changes
The Service may be changed, suspended or discontinued for maintenance, security, legal or operational reasons. Uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed. Failed or delayed third-party publishing may result from platform availability, permissions, rate limits or review requirements.
7. Disconnection and termination
An authorized user or CAVE may disconnect a platform account or revoke access at any time. Access ends when authorization is withdrawn, the user's role ends or the Service is discontinued. Statutory retention obligations and documented audit records may continue to apply.
8. Liability
Liability is governed by German law. Nothing in these terms excludes liability where exclusion is not legally permitted, including liability for intent, gross negligence or injury to life, body or health.
9. Privacy
Information about the processing of personal data is provided in the current CAVE privacy policy.
10. Governing law and contact
German law applies to the extent permitted by law. Questions about the Service may be sent to contact@cave.band.
